RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We have a NO Return/Refund policy. 


Only in case of product defect which has to be informed about within 2 days of receiving the parcel, the product will be Replaced with the same design


No cancellation of orders are possible under any circumstances. Prepaid or COD


If a cod order is placed and not accepted , the same customer will not be eligible for any further COD orders. 


The product would be required to be sent back to us. If the pick and drop both need to be done from our end, there will be a total cost of ₹200/- charged for the same.


DAMAGES & ISSUES


We are not liable for damages in transit. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, we will send you a label, and have the product collected. 


Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability.
